1 · About the site and services

This site is informational. Visiting it, requesting a consultation, or submitting a form does not create a service contract. Actual work is governed by a separate signed proposal and agreement. Nothing here is an offer, quote, or guarantee.

2 · Eligibility

You must be 18 or older to use this site or request services.

3 · Submissions and accuracy

Information you submit must be accurate and yours to share. Do not submit someone else's contact details without their permission.

4 · Text messaging

All SMS/MMS communications are governed by our Privacy Policy (consent, opt-out, frequency, rates, HELP/STOP). Consent is not a condition of purchase.

5 · Intellectual property

All content (text, project photos, logos, and design) is owned by GHSpaces LLC, DBA Frames by GHSpaces. Personal viewing and sharing is fine. No commercial reuse of any content or photography without written permission.

6 · No professional or structural warranty

Design guidance is design input, not engineering certification. Structural, electrical, plumbing, and code matters must be confirmed by the client's licensed contractor, architect, or engineer.

7 · Third-party links and "as is"

We are not responsible for third-party sites we link to. This site is provided "as is" with no warranties and no guarantee it will be uninterrupted or error-free.

8 · Limitation of liability

We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages. Total liability arising from your use of this site is capped at the amount you paid us, if any, in the twelve months before the claim. This cap does not apply to liability under a signed service agreement.

9 · Indemnification

You agree to indemnify GHSpaces LLC, DBA Frames by GHSpaces for any claims arising from your misuse of this site.

10 · Governing law and disputes

These Terms are governed by Texas law. Good-faith negotiation first; if unresolved after 30 days, disputes go to binding private arbitration in Harris County, TX, each party bearing its own costs, before any legal action. Prevailing party recovers attorneys' fees.
